UI polish

• Clearer message hierarchy: your prompts now sit in a soft grey capsule, the AI's response renders as plain text below for a calm operator-vs-system feel
• Action row (copy, diagram, eye, time) is hover-revealed and lives in one stable position, no more buttons drifting with text length
• Command output panel sizes to its content and now lives inside the AI's response card so the raw command reads as part of the same answer
• Each timeline entry is its own rounded card with a small clock icon, no more colored status dots competing for attention
• Empty-state dashboard prompts rotate with a smooth crossfade so the suggestions feel alive

Tooltips

• Replaced the OS-native black tooltip across the app with a calm rounded charcoal pill, viewport-aware so it never gets clipped at edges
